Botany Parade, Hammond Park
We had the opportunity to complete this rare development for a Child Care Centre in Hammond Park, situated in the heart of the suburb and across from the beautiful Hammond Park.
This single-storey centre was completed with Colorbond Roof and Rendered Brick. It has 3 outdoor play areas and includes 21 car bays.This custom designed project will hold up to 81 children and 15 staff. Our biggest obstacle during this project was building into a residential setting, with access roads from all directions.
Tredegar Street, Butler
We had the opportunity to complete this child care centre in Butler. This centre is located on 714sqm and can accommodate a maximum of 100 children, 10 staff and 29 car parking bays.
